About the Event
“When the wind blows, stand tall! Let your roots grab the dirt so you won’t fall!” These words have guided Little Sap through their whole life, and are about to become even more important! A very big storm is on its way - but with lots of bravery and love, Little Sap and their family will come out the other side closer and more resilient than ever.
Anna Welsh is a former Pre-K, Kindergarten, and first-grade public school teacher from Boone, North Carolina. After teaching, she opened The Blue House Art Studio for children and adults to have a creative space to use art as an expressive outlet. She has always loved reading children’s books to her students and hopes this book can bring others that same joy.
